The Theme of a Coming Event is “Horsehair Crab and Crab Sushi”

This event finished successfully on 16 Nov.  

Twenty six guests participated and enjoyed Takagaki Chef’s cooking.  This dinner table is pro-active course and participants can learn how to cook from the chef.  We served many kinds of sake good for seasonal delicacies.  Next chef’s table is planned in Feburary 2018.  We are going to serve “blowfish” as a main dish.

 

Apple Picking in Nagano

Apple picking in Iizuna town in Nagano in 12Nov, 2017.  Iizuna town has an annual apple owner’s program.

 

I picked up 60 kilos from my apple tree.  The weather was very nice and enjoyed autumn leaves and nice mountain views in Nagano.

This event finished successfully on 24 Aug.  

Twenty eight guests participated and enjoyed Takagaki Chef’s cooking.  We served eight kinds of sake which went well with dishes during summer time.  Next chef’s table is planned in the middle of November.  We are going to serve seasonal delicacies in late Autumn.

Maximum 25 guests at each event

All Seats Sold, Thank you

25 guests participated in the event and enjoyed his meals.  Many questions were asked by guests on Japanese cooking.  Next Chef’s table is planned in July.

This event was postponed till 21 May because of a heavy rain but fully booked
